Adolescent Learning and Treatment Opportunities
The Adolescent Learning and Treatment Opportunities [ALTO] program provides outpatient services for youth, male and female, including pregnant females, ages 13 - 17, who are substance abusers or chemically dependant. Services are provided by Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselors and designed to provide long term, structured treatment to address substance abuse, mental health concerns and other medical needs concurrently.
