Co-Occurring Mental Health/Substance Abuse Service
The COPSD program services provided through
Managed Care Center for Addictive/Other Disorders, Inc. are
designed to assist persons in obtaining appropriate substance
abuse treatment and mental health services.
The goals of
the COPSD program services are to address both psychiatric and
substance abuse disorders simultaneously and provide services that
enhance the client's stabilization and ability to adhere to
treatment recommendations.
The target population of the
COPSD program consists of persons with psychiatric and substance
use disorders who require crisis resolution and/or specialized
support.
