This standardized program is a six-hour course held on two evenings. Participants must register in person and pay the $40 fee prior to the day of the first class. Payment must be made in cash or by money order payable to Managed Care Center. All classes are conducted at MCC's Lubbock office located at:

ALL CLASSES START PROMPTLY AT 6 PM AND END AT 9 PM. You must show up for class at 5:45 and be in your seat by 6 PM. Late arrivals will not be admitted. Classes will be rescheduled if less than three people are in attendance. (Dates are subject to change. Additional classes may be scheduled as needed)
