MCCAOD – CareersSupervises, schedules, evaluates assigned staff and assures their participation in staff development activities and other continuing education requirements.
Assures adequate program and facility coverage and compliance with all health and safety standards.
Manages women’s residential treatment program, assuring compliance with all MCC policies and procedures, adherence to contract requirements and DSHS rules and regulations.
Assures ethical, appropriate provision of individual, family and group counseling for program clients and family members.
Prepares, and assures the preparation and maintenance of required clinical records and other reports in compliance with DSHS and Center standards, policies and procedures.
Coordinate with the Capacity Management Coordinator to facilitate prompt placement for individuals seeking treatment services in an appropriate treatment program.
Screens clients for eligibility for services and serves as primary counselor for assigned clients.
Assures service provision for client’s children, to include documentation of activities, as required by DSHS rules and standards and MCC policy and procedures.
Maintains necessary licenses and credentials to fulfill job duties.
Maintains a professional, ethical relationship with staff, clients and others.
Markets program services to other community professionals, agencies, and organizations and develops MOU’s with other community organizations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
